What’s on the menu ~ Aug

Here are some of my favs that I made this week and a few things planned for the coming week.

Creamy Dill Sauce

This is an easy and tasty sauce that works really well on salmon or chicken. If salad is your thang, then add water to thin it out for a fresh dressing, then add a hard-boiled egg and avocado.

Asian Shrimp

Since it’s summer I seem to be using a lot of cucumbers! I don’t have a garden (maybe someday), but I do happen to love fresh veggies.

You can buy pre-cooked shrimp to make this a super quick recipe!

Homemade Ice Cream

This was my son, Evan’s creation. I had some coconut milk that I didn’t like because it had too much sugar in it and wasn’t thick enough for my coffee, so we decided to make ice cream out of it!!! He had a blast picking out the extracts… this ended up being banana, coffee, pumpkin!
