AN INVITATION TO WORK WITH ME
I’m not a dictator or your boss, I’m your partner. Your cheerleader. The person you can go to for support, encouragement and a different perspective. I question everything and want you to do the same – even me. This is called establishing agency. It’s how you transform. I have helped hundreds of women become stronger because they realized their own power, whether that’s through strength training, coaching or in stillness.
I’ll teach you how to pay attention. I’ll give you tools to build new habits. I’ll help with the healing necessary to see yourself as worthy of what you really want (sometimes admitting your deepest desires is the hardest thing!).

In-Person Strength Training
I train clients at the Freedom Fitness Wentzville location, off Highway 40 in St. Charles County. My focus is on strength and resistance training in a way that improves functional moving, meaning your day to day life improves. My clients range in age and I offer both 1:1 and semi-private. If you’re new to the gym, you’ll learn how to lift safely, but my programming is progressive so even someone who is experienced will be challenged.
Online Training
My online training programs are the same as in-person — the focus is on strength and resistance training for a better body and increased health. With the virtual program, I’ll work with the equipment you have and you’ll get custom programming. This isn’t a cookie cutter workout! It means that your training program will be adjusted for you. I’ll listen and accommodate as needed. I will provide feedback about your form and be there to answer your questions. We’ll meet once month via Zoom for 30 mins. Even though I’m not standing next to you, I’ll be with you!
MEDITATION CLASSES & PERSONAL RECORDINGS
Join me on the first Tuesday of every month at The Chakra Healing Room for Breathe Easy, a meditation class for busy minds. It’s perfect for people who don’t know how to meditate and want to learn some tips and tricks to be able to take with them, as well as experience a deeply relaxing guided experience. I can also do custom, recorded meditations for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.
Stronger everywhere empowerment coaching
Do you want a catalyst to get you going toward accomplishing a goal? You don’t need ongoing coaching, but you’re looking for a sounding board and some expert guidance as you pursue something important to you. This offer is for virtual clients and includes 3 private sessions scheduled strategically to ensure you follow through on yourself. Stop wasting time. I’m here to tell you, you’ve got this! We’ll figure it out together.
