Habits are more than just teeth brushing. And cravings are more than “I really want some potato chips right now.” What are rewards you are seeking? What are the cues that trigger your routines? This is more than your habits around food, it’s also about your behavior and what you want out of life. How do you go from being on “auto-pilot” to making conscious decisions and deliberately creating your habits.
