Personal Training

I train clients at the Freedom Fitness Wentzville location, off Highway 40 in St. Charles County. My focus is on strength and resistance training in a way that improves functional movement and absolute strength, meaning your day-to-day life improves. My clients range in age and I offer both 1:1 and semi-private. If you’re new to the gym, you’ll learn how to  lift safely, but my programming is progressive so even someone who is experienced will be challenged. 

What is your commitment: minimum 2x week; you’ll get access to the Stronger Everywhere app with additional workouts if you would like. Your plan and price will depend on frequency. I expect my clients to come in with a Let’s GOOOO! attitude and an open-mind.

What you get from me: a coach, friend and someone who will provide a strategy to get stronger in way that is personalized, motivating and results-oriented. I can work with injuries and rehabilitation efforts and health concerns because it’s always possible to find a way to move!

My online training programs are the same as in-person — the focus is on strength and resistance training in a way that improves functional movement and building strength, meaning your day-to-day life improves. With the virtual program, I’ll work with the equipment you have and figure out what your fitness level is at the beginning so I can make sure the programming is a good fit for you.

What is your commitment: minimum 3 workouts per week delivered through the Stronger Everywhere app, which also includes a habit tracker. I expect my clients communicate with me with questions, videos for form checks and weekly check-ins. There will be built in time for when life happens (such as vacation or illness), but the expectation is for you to follow the plan without me needing to send reminders. If you need help with adherence or self-sabotage, we can talk about additional coaching sessions because I want you to be successful. 

This is a 6 month program because it takes time to get results. 

What you get from me: Custom programming – what does that mean? This isn’t a cookie cutter workout! It means that your training program will be adjusted for you. I’ll listen and accommodate as needed. I will provide feedback about your form and be there to answer your questions. We’ll meet once month via Zoom for 30 mins. Even though I’m not standing next to you, I’ll be with you!

Meditation Class

Join me on the first Tuesday of every month at The Chakra Healing Room for Breathe Easy, a meditation class for busy minds. It’s perfect for people who don’t know how to meditate and want to learn some tips and tricks to be able to take with them, as well as experience a deeply relaxing guided experience.

Do you think you’re not doing it right if you don’t feel transcendental bliss? It doesn’t have to be so serious… it’s time to make mindfulness easy! In this class, we’re going to bring levity and joy to meditation.

Personal Meditation

If you are curious about meditation, but not sure, I create custom recorded meditations. You’ll be able to enjoy this meditation in the comfort of your own home. I will write and record on a topic that is meaningful for you, such as if you’re dealing with insomnia or anxiety.

I’ve had clients use this in a variety of ways; getting ready to travel and feeling anxious; not being able to sleep; for dealing with physical injuries and healing negative body image. 

This is an incredibly powerful and simple tool that requires very little effort — just your earbuds.
